The whole idea
What follows is not a lesson. It is a long undoing, and there is no language for it while you are inside it.
The manifesto
You went down. Not as a figure of speech. A job, a country, a marriage, a certainty.
Everyone around you is waiting for you to come back the way you were. You will not.
Before she came up, Persephone ate the seeds, and that is the only good part of the story. She comes back marked, and marked is better than rescued.
Where the learning comes from
It starts from a state, not a symbol. Nothing is inherited from a planet, a number or another deck.
Every line is tested the same way. Read it without the image. If it still says something true about being a person, it stays. If it only describes the picture, it is a caption, and it goes back.
Nothing predicts, consoles or advises. Those three are the whole category. Leaving them out is the product.
Every image carries one impossible thing. A staircase with nothing under it. If the picture could be a photograph, it is not a card.
The myth gives the shape. Down, marked, up. Persephone is not decoration here, she is the structure.
It was written from the inside, while it was still happening, not researched from the outside afterwards. That is the only credential this deck claims, and it is the one that matters.

What it actually does
On a bad morning you do not have a problem, you have a fog. The card turns the fog into a sentence you can say out loud, to yourself and to the people around you. That is the whole mechanism, and it is the part that works fastest.
The card tells you where you are standing and then it stops talking. No advice, no plan, nothing to fix by Friday. That refusal is why you can pick it up on a day when you cannot take one more instruction.
Draw every morning for a month and one card keeps coming back. That repetition is the reading. It is information about you that no feed and no app can hand you, because only you saw all the draws.
Five minutes, an object in your hands, and one sentence you can carry through the day.
